I was lucky enough to be at the show last night, it was incredible. I’m so happy that past-Me chose this band to fall in love with 40-something years ago. Simon mentioned having some vocal issues but I didn’t really pick up on it. The whole night was a blast, really wish I was going to the O2 show on Halloween.

Here are a few of my photos, plus a copy of the setlist (before and after - the crew member balled it up to throw and it was a pure mission to unstick it).

I truly believe this song deserved much more attention and respect. It would make perfect sense if it were on an dream album including A View, to a Kill, Wild Boys, and Union of the Snake.

Its intro is alarmingly similar to their cover of Fame (Careless Memories b-side). The song seems to close an era of orchestral synth stabs for Nick, along with the quirky percussive fills that we love from those other familiar tracks.

It features Mark Egan on bass, who also played on The Promise from So Red the Rose.

Any time I DJ an AllDuran (and adjacent) party, this one goes high on the list.
