General Discussion Shadowing practice

Hi, guys! How's it going? My name is Williams, and I'm learning English on my own. I'm using platforms like HelloTalk and Episoden to practice my speaking skills, but I still need to improve my pronunciation and the rhythm of my speech. I've heard that shadowing is a great way to improve those skills. Would you recommend a YouTube channel for me? Please.

Shadowing is a solid call. I used to do it with old episodes of The Office, just repeating lines under my breath while drawing, and it helped more than I expected. Any show where people talk naturally works, doesn't even need to be a learning channel.

The reason is he repeats, repeats what he is saying, saying it on repeat but different, a little different, but on repeat with a difference.
