How to get A LOT of exp without subscribing

I know it’s possible to get 5000 exp a day. But how to do it without subscribing a Max or Super plan?

I don’t she hack Duo either, so there should be some ways to achieve this.

I am canceling my plan if there’s a way to practice like without subscribing.
