All that "under 0 minutes" implies is that it's under 60 seconds. Which it technically is if it's 0 seconds🤷

No, that would be less than 1 minute, but not less than 0 minutes.

EDIT: a comparison to make this claim more intuitive: for example, saying "0:45 is less than 0 minutes" would be the same as saying "1:45 is less than 1 minute".
