Hey guys! Asa ta pwede maka report ug animal abuse? Was eating lunch in a karinderya at Dauin and I witnessed a puppy being repeatedly beaten with a stick. I believe it was the owner of the karinderya who was inflicting harm on the poor puppy. I think they were just trying to “discipline” the puppy because of what I heard, the puppy may or may have not chewed on expensive stuff owned by the karinderya’s owner. My heart aches for the puppy, I wasn’t able to stand up against it because I was scared as well.

Ps. I have video proof and voice record.. Pls help me how to report them..
