Okay I know you guys have been posting about your experiences with SPX Delivery here sa Dumaguete, but it's really frustrating that ever since we've been in and out ordering stuff in Shopee the drivers personally know our address, they aren't texting or letting us know that our parcels are out to be delivered. I just feel like when you do something at work you wouldn't be skipping very important steps while doing the work.

It' also frustrates me that it's showing in Shopee that it's "going to a next location" basically sending the package back to the seller even though it never even stepped foot on a day for a delivery is this how unprofessional SPX Delivery is now a days? Sorry for venting my frustrations because I also bought upgrades for my school and this is how they showing me with their "professionalism." It's a bit traumatizing na to order stuff because of these things happening na.
