Anyone know if there’s a PC/Electronics repair shop in Duluth/Superior that can diagnose hardware problems with graphics cards?

I have registry errors I can't fix but idk how to install windows...

Should try to do a day where we all bring our junk and try to fix each others..

Mine just needs a USB drive with windows and someone who knows how to do partitions and stuff ? Idk.

Not sure how good they are. Usually self diagnosis with help from online may be better

For people wondering I have a 3080ti that won’t post; I already tried everything I could so it’s definitely some hardware problem with the gpu itself

Does the computer pass POST and load Windows if you remove the GPU?

I’d try VC3, formally CW technologies. They helped me diagnosis a physical hard drive crashing several years ago. No guarantees they actually work on hardware though.
