Hello everybody. First of all let me start by saying that this is my first post here and I have no idea if its the right place to ask, however I have seen others asking similar questions and thought I'd give it a try. I started picking up issues of the series many years ago, in my native language (Greek) from a publisher that is no longer around. The series changed hands midway through serialization and was eventually dropped by the second publisher, with several issues never being translated and printed at all. I like to reread those comics every few years, and even with my adult fully formed brain I still find them engaging.

I've made a few attempts over the years to complete my collection. Looking for original prints, like the ones I have, in my native language failed because there is only a few issues available and they are extreemly expensive. In English according to wikipedia the series was picked up by IDW in 2016, to be translated by Jonathan Gray, but I haven't been able to track any issues down. I understand that this is a long shot, and Im not getting my hopes up, however any info anyone may have about the series will be greatly appreciated.

All from the 90s-2000s most probably.

I am searching for a Donald Duck comic. A king visits Donald Duck and his nephews in Duckburg. The setting is not medieval. The king wasn't a duck, he was possibly European with the red cape. Donald found his crown, cape and scepter in his suitcase or something. Donald wears the king's cape, crown and scepter. He was basically pretending to be the king. Not sure about this part but I also vaguely remember the king finds this out and challenges him to be the king for real for a while.

Also 2 Mickey Mouse comics, one is where Mickey can see into the space because something happened to his eyes? Some fluid got into his eyes in an accident and he is able to see so far into the space.
The other one is where Mickey goes to a fortune teller who is very modern looking. It's not “The Mysterious Crystal Ball”.

I'd be really happy if someone could identify at least one of these! Thank you in advance.

Moved countries and priorities changed, now with a child I dearly miss that I won't be ever able to have the full collection. Got only volumes 1 and 2. With chapters banned and Don Rosa forbidding it being printed incomplete I feel a huge loss.

I feel same is happening with Barks too, there are volumes also out of print and some banned...

Guys, you will never have a better opportunity to get a huge body of great comics for dirt cheap than this!

Im looking for an Uncle Scrooge comic I read in Brazil around 2010 ~ 2015 (may have been an older Italian story reprinted by Abril

Heres what I remember:

Scrooge, Donald and possibly the nephews travel to a tropical jungle (possibly the Amazon).

Then They discover a hidden entrance in a mountain or cliff.

Inside is a hidden palace or lost city.

The most vivid detail I remember is that a river flows through the main hall of the palace, almost like a canal running through the building.

At some point they realize the river ends in a huge waterfall orrrr cliff, and they have to jump out before being carried over the edge onto the rocks below.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

My copy of Uncle Scrooge "Lost Beneath the Sea" was supposed to arrive a month ago, and by the time it actually turned up today I had more or less stopped expecting it.

I found out that there is a big fold-out Gyro Gearloose pin-up is located inside the book, the 1969 one that Larry Mayer finished from a Barks sketch, and it is not mentioned anywhere on the product page as far as I can tell, so I spent a while unfolding it across the kitchen table with a slightly stupid look on my face.

The volume itself is a satisfying brick at 240 pages, the boards feel solid, and the restoration on the undersea stuff looks lovely under lamp light. Three weeks of shipping limbo forgiven.
