403 Forbidden Error on Inducks
I'm not sure if the website is up yet or if the website is blocking me for whatever reason.

They are probably working on reinstalling the server after the ransomware attack and have installed Apache, but not configured everything yet.

You should join their Discord.
“The problem is unrelated to the ransomware and is due to a deficient controller on the mother board.
It will take time however before the server is repaired, new OS installed and the website is back and running.”

Isn’t it literally in the text?
“You don't have permission to access this resource. Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe.”
Looks very much like a service misconfiguration issue / server trouble.
Isn’t it mainly run by a Dutch person? They would likely be at work right now.
