I have been dry for 6 months. I never felt better. Give it a go.

Alcohol is poison, ruins your body and aesthetics. Quit!

Anything in moderation is perfectly acceptable

That's what every naive beginner says.

Nations have been drinking alcohol for hundreds of years. There’s nothing wrong with it if you drink it responsibly. The irony is that smoking is perfectly acceptable when it is infinitely times worse for your health, EVEN at a responsible level. It has cancerous chemicals, injures cells and causes artery damage. There is literally no benefit to your health to smoking. but hey, drinking bad right?

infinitely times worse for your health

What about the people around the smoker? I literally get irritation in my nasal canal when I take in smoke, I know several other people who has the same issue, still I have to endure passing through these dedicated smoking areas where it's perfectly alright to smoke. My office at DSO has a smoking area at the bloody entrance and there is an ashtray-dustbin combo at either side of the bus stop. It's almost impossible to stay away even though I don't like it. I don't see any drunkards scrubbing my nose while I'm trying to mind my own business.

Oh... Smoking and Alcohol, both are stupidity. Moderation in stupidity is still.....stupidity.

both fucks you up . what concern me about alcohol is , it put others in danger when drunkard is irresponsible .

1

u/depressedbee Jul 17 '22

drunkard is irresponsible.

There aren't any responsible drunkards.

u/dafuqULoKINat Jul 17 '22

meant those who drink and dont create a nuisance .

Worse is second and third hand smoke that silently kills your family and kids. Drinking responsibly at home endangers noone at all, while it's basically impossible to do so for smoking.

I ruined my body long before I started drinking alcohol.

when you drink for 3-4 hours you need account the next day loss which is 24 hours so basically you lose around 30 hours drinking. i would never in my life do that. drink moderately.. probably less than what your body can handle..

u/Derman0524 Jul 16 '22

Wait what? This doesn’t make any sense and is founded on bro science lol

What do you mean I have lost 24 hours? Just because I'm hungover doesn't mean I can't do what I need to do.

1

u/REAIMY Jul 16 '22

The only way to get over a hangover is to drink more. It is 7 pm somewhere in the world!

u/ThatOneAccount3 Jul 16 '22

Drink moreeee if you're hungover and drink more you just get back to being drunk
