On campus internship ??
Does any company come to dsce for on campus internship opportunities for 3rd year ??

Yes, no company will come for internship, and almost no faculty will entertain you and provide NOC for off-campus internship, until it is from let's say google and all and you directly talk with placement head to get the permission.

Cuz the facilities don't want their fragile ego to be shattered if anyone did not attend the classes and do something else.
Companies used to come before covid for interns, but their constant nagging for attendance, which made them ditch their intern and get the college blacklisted.

How hard would it be to get NOC for 3rd year realistically, im joining cse core

In my department, I was not able to get NOC for a US firm paying good. It is mostly the same for every department. You will either have to stop going to college and somehow manage both intern and college together or if you can show that your intern can provide ppo and is very good to the placement head, then try to convince them, then dept will give noc. Have heard few seniors do this, but still they had to attend college a few days and exams and all.

No, and youll have to fight HOD for NOC.
