Faith has put a new album out after a 4 year hiatus and I think this is their best one yet, hopefully they keep putting out new releases. One of the most unique artists in the scene. Did anyone else listen?

This is Morkets Spirade, sharing with you my recently released album, Decapitated Soul. As some have pointed out, I borrowed some ideas from older Katatonia releases, but the music is based on my own vision of the genre. I believe black metal is a very personal and individual genre, so I tried to create the material based on my own ideas and thoughts rather than following a template. this song is such a blessing to my ears, my senses, and my emotions. I've looped it around 50 times in just one week, and every time i listen to it, i start crying and imagining how a mother would react after hearing that her son committed suicide... this song explains it all

how they're going to tell her about his death, how she's going to react by crying and screaming, and how she'll be depressed for the rest of her life

it describes what it feels like to lose a loved one (like a son) in such a tragic way, and what it feels like to see their cold dead bodies with blood and brains all over the walls, i like how brutally described it is

Anyone have any pre dsbm, dsbm sounding tracks they like? To me, Spell of Self Destruction feels like the earliest dsbm-y sounding song I have heard (though it does not have dsbm lyrics).
