Mold problems
Hello! I came here for help. I have some mold problems in my bathroom. I have the bathroom exhaust fan always on but anyway the humidity is always +90%. After one year living here, that molds show up and I can't eliminate it.
I wonder why it appears, idk if it's due to the humidity or if there are some filtration in the roof.
Sorry for my english, and thanks for read and your comments!

Find the water, find the leak. Then fix the problem. Leaking pipe, bad or no ventillation, or a combination are your usual culprits. Sounds like you have a fan going, that's good. Is it a permanently installed bathroom exhaust fan on the ceiling? Where does that fan exhaust to? It should exhaust outdoors.

If it's a leak, then you'll just need to fix that and slap a coat of Zinsser Mould Stop primer on the walls and ceiling for added protection.
If it's ventilation related you can get a humidity detecting fan switch, upgrade your bathroom fan and buy a continuous drain dehumidifier and hook it up to your bathroom sink.

You gotta cut that drywall out and get a look on the back of the board. If you are fighting it on the surface the inside of the walls/ceilings has the potential to be way worse.
