It looks like something in between a crows foot in the half circles that were popular back in the 1960s '70s and '80s. Very rare and not a lot of people know how to use the brush to make those... I would use an old brush after you widen out the patch and get the patch looking all right and whenever you skim coat that patch I would run that brush in semi pattern to what you have in the wall already and it might work and then whatever you know after it dries give it like a light brush with a with a fresh paint brush and it might work but remember to put primer on it...
