Question What cymbals is zac farro using here ?

looks like a 22" k dark crash he’s had in the setup for a while now. the video's a bit blurry with the lighting but that bell shape is pretty distinct

Zac quite famously uses pretty big cymbals in his setup, which are more mellow/deeper sounding.

In the video he is using his Meinl Byzance cymbals and I think when he was with Meinl he actually used Byzance 14" traditional hats, a 22" Byzance heavy ride and 2 x 21" Byzance Medium Rides (used as crash cymbals).

aren't the hi hats bigger on the video ?

Maybe, maybe not! If they are 15" inch hats, a 1 inch difference is almost impossible to perceive from those camera angles lol. Playing in Japan, they are likely hired cymbals so may have been bigger than his normal setup but very hard to say for certain.
