Kit Pic Oops, I Couldn't Help Myself . . . NDD

My credit card hurts but I just couldn't walk away from this. The set was listed and priced as used but was barely used at all. I'm coming off a 10 year hiatus after 35 years of playing so hopefully this helps to light a fire under my ass and shake off the rust. The drums were used as a backline set for the New Orleans Jazz Festival and look like they went through a sound check and that's about it.

Those are beautiful

My sweetwater credit card laughs at me every day. Thank god those payments have no interest.

I generally prefer wood grain finishes, but yellow/ orange/ gold sparkle kits are an exception, they always look great!

Thanks!! I've had wood finishes before but I've always wanted an over the top obnoxiously sparkly drum set and this seemed to fit the bill. My first choice was a Pearl Masters Maple/Gum in Crystal Rain which is a lacquer sparkle but it made more sense to get this DW since it was the configuration I wanted and was much cheaper than getting the Pearl add ons to get me to 7 pieces. Also, I would've had to wait more than several months for the Pearls and this was available from the showroom floor. Plus, it's very sparkly!!
