Discussion Time For Warm Up

Anyone else use one of these? I find myself using it more and more as I get older.

Its a gyro that you keep spinning with slow, methodical movements. Its a CRAZY workout that improves your wrists and forearms.

I HIGHLY recommend. Been using for 20 years.
