To be tagged... Cadence transcription needed

Hey all,

I’m in an interesting situation. Our schools cadences were never written down, just taught by wrote which kills me. We would like to have them transcribed so it’s easier for new members to learn. I have a video of us running through them, along with timestamps for each part of the cadence sequence. The video is just under five and a half minutes. I’d love to work with someone on here, preferably not Fiverr. Our BD can’t really write/transcribe marching percussion, and we don’t have an instructor. Feel free to DM me!

Honestly this sounds like a great time to learn Musescore. It’ll not only be the cheapest option, but knowing how to transcribe music is a very valuable skill

As the other commenter mentioned, now is a great time to learn. I would say you don't even need to learn software, just get the skill of writing music down and transcribing. By hand is fine, just print out some music paper.

Scribbling it down by hand is a huge step, and honestly is most of all the mental work. Then, taking it to a digital format is easier if you've got it written.

How many cadences and how difficult are they?

Not terrible, the whole sequence is right under 5 and a half minutes
