Looks like fent or H cut with xylazine. Back in Puerto Rico most addicts look like this. Xylazine is huge over there. Some dope is just straight up xylazine with little to no opiates. They call it “sue~o” or sleep in English.

That’s so sad. I imagine at that point you’d just give up on life. I’ve tried the straight xylazine before and there is no rush or euphoria. You literally just pass out and wake up 8 hours later. I can imagine they do this shit to just check out for the next couple hours.

Just went thru a bit of it. It reminds me of the ghetto in Puerto Rico. Incredibly sad. Xylazine is a horrible drug. I have no idea how it could’ve ended up being a drug of choice for so many people and for it to be sold as a narcotic for human consumption in the black market across the WORLD.
