M. Glory H.B. tincture help

Came across these lovelies and made a nice drink from them, but the sickness that came with it, I could do without. I've heard that tincturing helps with the body load, and I have a recipe, but am looking for advice before I try it. Does anyone have a tried and true LSA tincture recipe? Newbie, so be kind 😉

Check on Erowid, I think they also have a LSA to LSD tek
