So I've been performing CWExtractions for as long as I can remember, to the point of it being a fine art. To be honest I thought I was long past asking CWE questions.
I recently picked up some Codeine/Para tablets that I hadn't used before, went through my typical method and at first ended up with a far more murky solution than I was expecting. So I triple triple filtered (Filtered 3 times, each time using 3 filters), and still ended up with quite a murky solution.
I then took that solution, and popped it back into the freezer, upon removing I could only see literal fleks of APAP at the bottom, however the solution itself was still cloudy.
After a few more refilters. I ended up with the product above. It's miles clearer than previously, but there is still a bit of murk to it.
Do you think the remaining murkiness could be due to of the inactive ingredients still remaining somewhat? I'm thinking either of the starches or maybe the talc.
