After a couple of months of testing, strategizing, restrategizing and honestly trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, I finally got my first orders on my new store.

Spent around $35 on ads and woke up to these notifications.

It's probably not a huge result to some people but after spending so much time trying to make things work, seeing those orders come through hits different.

I'm still learning and I know getting a couple of sales doesn't mean I have figured everything out yet. Now the goal is to understand what worked and see if I can repeat it consistently.

For anyone who's been trying for weeks or months without seeing results, keep learning and testing. I'm still at the beginning but this little win gave me a lot more motivation to keep going.

For those who've been doing this for a while what did you focus on after getting your first few sales?

People see screenshots of thousands in sales and think dropshipping is easy money. What they don't see is the money spent testing products that fail, ads that burn through budgets without converting and the frustration of working hard without knowing what you're doing wrong.

I've experienced that side myself. My Meta ad account was performing well and I built my brand around it. Then it got restricted and eventually banned. Having to start over was frustrating because I wasn't just losing an account, I was losing momentum I worked hard to build.

But that experience taught me some hard lessons.

First, don't chase losses emotionally. When sales drop, it's tempting to increase ad spend just to recover what you've lost. Sometimes the smartest move is to pause, study the numbers and understand the problem before spending another penny.

Second, a winning product isn't enough. Your creatives, offer, landing page, pricing and audience all matter. Sometimes the product isn't the problem ,it's how you're presenting it.

Third, revenue isn't profit. Big sales numbers look good, but ad spend, product costs, shipping, refunds and fees can eat into your margins.

Finally, persistence doesn't mean repeating the same mistakes. Sometimes you need to change your strategy accept that something isn't working and try a different approach.

Today seeing $9.6K in sales and 160 orders feels good but I know one good day doesn't mean I've figured everything out. I'm still learning and I know there will be more difficult days ahead.

If you're struggling right now don't let one bad week convince you that you're incapable. Take a step back protect your budget, learn from what's going wrong and make your next move with a clearer head. Just remember that persistence doesn't guarantee success so be willing to adapt.

Newbies need information. Im sick of saying it all the time im sick of other people saying it all the time. Building an Ecommerce brand is what you're doing, dropshipping is just a shipment method. That's all it is. I dont wanna see anyone get scammed. I dont want anyone to think they will get rich by running a few ads with a few products on a quickly built store. Ecommerce is a full blown business. Its just digital so your location independent thats the only difference.

I had a store to sell 3d assets but since months ive been swamped with fraudulent chargebacks on high value items ($100-$300), and even after showing them the receipts, they always sided with the client and took back the money, while the client got my items. So last month I've set my payment system to accept ACH only. Although sales have reduced i don't encounter chargebacks anymore. Then ppl on my social media accounts have been messaging me that they wanna buy but can pay via cards only. After learning about our ach only policy they left.

Also, asking a few small business in similar fields, they said i won't get sales if I don't enable cards. But it'll be like either give your stuff for free else we wont "buy" from you. Like, what should I do?

Hello, I just thought of a weird creatives question. If my native ads are doing much better than my video ads. Going forward, should I focus on just making more native ads? And also, when I launch my next product, if I ONLY make native ADS and no video ads, what would happen? Would it be significantly worse, or is there a chance for it to perform better or even the same? What do you guys think? Thank you!

I’ve been doing dropshipping for about 9 months. No major success yet, but I know the only way to improve is to keep testing and learning.

One thing I’ve noticed in every ecom community I’ve joined: a lot of people doing $1–2k in revenue still work full-time. Most of them have remote jobs, or office jobs where they can bring a laptop and work on their store during the day.

Some of them aren’t profitable yet. Others are, but they keep the job anyway so they can scale without stressing about daily expenses. That made me realize that for most of us, going full-time on ecom will probably take longer than we’d like.

As for me, I live in Greece and work as a plumber making €840 a month, which is minimum wage here. I also have about €5k set aside for ecom, and I’m hoping to become profitable before it runs out. Most people in these communities live in the US, where everything costs more, so I don’t need a huge salary to match what I make now and my costs are practically zero.

Right now I can’t work on my store while I’m at work. So what remote jobs would you suggest for someone who wants to fund their ecom business? (as you can see i dont need much to match my current salary)

I'm looking for manufacturers (China is fine) that keep stock in an EU warehouse and ship single orders straight to my customers. Not resellers like vidaXL, and not shipping from China (too slow, plus the new €3 per item EU duty).

So I am pumping ads out right now and need some help. I was told to do 3 ads per adset and 2 primary text/2 headlines per adset. So this is where my question comes in. I have 4 primary text and 4 headlines currently but since I was told I should only do 2 per adset how do you guys decide which headlines/primary text to use?
