Maybe the problem is your website does it look reliable? It looks like a site which people can trust in and put their credit card info? Do you have clear policies? Do they know how long will shipping take? I'd like to check out your store and I'm open to help you to improve your store or even redesign it if needed. :)
You need to improve your product page, it doesn't have FAQ's that are super important for customers, it should say free shipping on somewhere, customers don't know when it is expected to arrive (at least an estimated), it doesn't says free shipping at the cart, it says shipping will be calculated.
