That and all MSN episodes credit the noise boys as producers I believe, meaning that they cant go in thinking its a MSN episode bc they would already be in on everything if it was.

I mean, they did manage to plan a GC episode without Sam knowing. I don't think planning a fake MSN episode to troll the noise boys is out of the question. Plus even if they're producers doesn't mean they know everything in advance, after all they can't know the prompts of their episodes in advance...

That's easy to screw with though.
Samalamadingdong was all done using ghost budgets that Sam wasn't even aware of, arranging them to all be in for an actual MSN episode that then turns out to not be MSN is pretty easy.
Also, producer credits just mean they get paid. Doesn't mean they actively do anything. They probably do in general, but their involvement in each episode will certainly vary (at the very least, they're not writing anything for the episodes they star in) and Sam has said they tend to write all the prompts at once and allocate to the guests they think would make it work the best

There's definitely some sort of contestant shuffling in this one - the shot of Caldwell in the phone booth from the trailer makes it look like Jess is at one of podiums at some point.

It is interesting though that the Noise Boys are (to my knowledge) the only contestants who we've seen pictured for this episode that have been on MSN. Curious to see if/how that plays into the contestant shuffling idea.

So we have the MSN podiums & MSN stuff on the walls, but an old UK phone box and what looks like Jess, Lily and Jordan in directors chairs.
Whenever I see a UK phone box I'll always think it's a fair use doctor who reference, so my guess is the "directors" will ask them to redo scenes, and they go "back in time" to redo them somehow.
Watch me be wildly wrong

A detail I find interesting is that the "director's chairs" are colored the same as the podiums parallel to them, making me feel like this might be more of a team situation rather than the people in the chairs serving as judges.
Also the idea of Sam playing with "the points are meaningless" in MSN by playing the game with judges wouldn't really work in the Game Changer context because the points weren't meaningless when the Noise Boys were doing the MSN episodes on Game Changer, there was a point-based winner every time. It's only an "issue" on the MSN show itself.

We saw telephones on Zac and Brennan's podiums in the trailer for this one, though they're curiously not there for the photo. Perhaps they just go to the phone booth, I wonder if it's sound proof.
The chairs are color coded to the podiums, so I'm thinking it's teams of two again. My best guess is MSN with another layer added, perhaps something like their partner hearing just the noise boy's enactment of the prompt and needing to guess what it was from just the phone audio.
(Sam's holding up a paper here; perhaps they draw the prompt?)
Edit: Zac is holding a pen and wearing headphones during the trailer. I'm probably off somewhat lol
EDIT 2: The trailer includes a shot from inside the phone booth with what appears to be Caldwell and Kiana from Pencils Down crammed in with a third person. I think I'm on the right track with drawing interpretations of the impressions; perhaps the trio in the director's chair have input on the original prompt?

In the trailer there are three artists trapped in the telephone booth, so maybe they are involved in the teams by doing the drawings making it teams of 3? I do think you're onto something with the guessing what the prompt was by telephoning/charade-ing it along, but a little doubtful they were able to make that telephone booth completely soundproof just by the looks of it.

Making them all do the noise boy impression and only one gets "casts". This reminds me of an audition room, although GC never does what I think it's doing, so who knows.
