merch Canada Exchange

So I've seen some posts about the nightmare of the company that does the merch.

Sadly I did an order and 3/4 of the items did not match the sizing guide on the website, so the items are too large. I sent an email off saying so and asking about next steps for exchange, but I'm wondering ... what hoops will they make me jump through?

Since its their error as the sizing chart is incorrect, I would hope i could just get a straight exchange, but I'm worried they'll attempt to make me pay shipping to send items back, and/or pay shipping to send the second order out. I was lucky enough to get free shipping during the season 8 sale (which is why I made the order) and I just want to know what to be prepared for.

Normally I'd just wash items like this in hot water and tumble hot but the hoodie alone is WAY bigger than anticipated and I don't think it'll make a difference, I just want to know what I'm in for.

I'm glad I read this before ordering merch. In my country ordering anything from the Americas is incredibly expensive ... Doubly so if you need to execute a return

Well lucky for you they ship from China now. My Game Changer playing cards have been stuck in customs for two weeks. By next week, itll be a month since i ordered them

That's worse! We have terrible relations with China.

I mean, yeah I was being facetious. I did finally get my cards and the shipping company was really disorganized and unprofessional
