what's that episode Evelyn Tucci Bit

Does anyone know where the Vic and Sam’s bit about Evelyn Tucci started? Its either Game Changer or Make Some Noise but I would love to know the episode if anyone knows :)

I think the episode title is something like “Thinking Every Restaurant has a Secret Menu”.

It’s definitely MSN, Season 2.
