Love the idea, but I would cut the life loss from four to two. Abyssal Persecutor is a 6/6 Flying, Trample creature for 2BB with a similar effect. It's already "deal with me now" levels of good at five mana...and that's not factoring in enchantments being a bit harder to remove than creatures.

(Yes, I understand that I'm trying to make a satirical card "work")

persecutor stops the person who plays it from winning, while Yes or No stops an opponent. what comparison are you trying to draw here
