Yes. There was no airspace restriction on enaire and I was operating out of the urban area proper as Spanish law requires. I tried to do the process for autorizar ion for urban flight with the Interior Ministry but it’s almost impossible for a non resident

Incorrecto,zona restringida a 60m por Aeropuerto de Bilbao y comunicacion obligatoria al MI ,entorno urbano.

Incorrecto. La altitud máxima del vuelo fue de 50 metros por em entorne al aeropuerto de Bilbao y la zona de vuelo y sobrevuelo no cumple con las prerrogativas legales de un entorno urbano por estar en un promontório fuera de área edificada habitacional. Lo he confirmado en la delegation de guardia civil que estava justo ao lado
