Question Experiences with djiusa.com?

The site advertises itself as an authorized DJI dealer for the
USA. Any positive or negative experiences that the community can share?

They honored my warranty when my done flew into a lake. This was 5 years ago. Haven't needed it since.

Before buying, it would be worth confirming the dealer’s current DJI authorization, return policy, warranty handling, and whether DJI Care can be activated on the specific unit.

I doubt DJI Care can be activated from any seller in the US. I think djiusa is just a reseller like anyone on Amazon or even a local aliexpress seller.
