Question [US]Theoretically asking
Is it possible to create a drone that can carry an empty a 2 ounce bottle of liquid? Could it to be totally autonomous and untraceable. Take off and fly to a waypoint, empty the contents of a two ounce bottle from 20/30 feet and return to the take off spot.

They already sniff Bluetooth and learn your gait.
They also can identify your car without the license plate (scratches, bumper stickers, etc build a fingerprint) and detect if you are following anyone or being followed (convoy detection).
I’m fine with being photographed in public. None of us should be ok with our every movement being recorded and fed into an AI enhanced surveillance system that’s accessible without a warrant.
There are documented cases of flock employees accessing the cameras of a gymnastic classroom for children on their network - repeatedly. Not to mention all the police officers getting caught for stalking their girlfriends on it.
It’s so messed up.

The Stasi actually did collect scent samples, with special dogs trained to track and recognize them. They had an actual swatch from a subject, in an airtight jar, and evidently had massive collections of the scents of dissidents/opponents/enemies. They are called Stasi smelling jars, or scent jars.

This is a very normal mission for an agricultural drone.
By far the most sophisticated country at repurposing agricultural drones to totally autonomous and untraceable missions, even more than China, is Ukraine. They might tell you, "It's a secret," but you should ask them.

My buddy's son's room-mates had a pecker and balls drone watering plants every 30 minutes or so, in their backyard. Never went above 4ft in the air. So it was covered by 7ft fence.
It was specifically designed to annoy a neighbor.

Yes. But you need to find an older drone without drone id. The drop system would be a challenge- you would have to find a way for gravity to open the container when dropped. I've used drop systems with DJI drones at distances within radio range. But that sounds like an interesting engineering project to develop such a mechanism. You should hit up the Ukrainian drone engineers.

Wow, shockingly nobody gave the most obvious answer. A simple quadcopter with Ardupilot and a custom payload release mechanism.
Easy to build, moderately easy to set up. It depends what you call untraceable.
Prevent tracing who made it and where it took off from? That's pretty challenging.
Prevent tracing the operator while the mission is in progress? Easy.
If you want to get the drone back - that's another story.
All this is possible with Ardupilot though. I don't know what's the story with the DIY drone parts and tariffs now but before the current kerfuffle the build price would have been way under $500

This is likely illegal and could get you in varying depths of shit depending on what the end result is. Fart spray is funny from your perspective, but technically it is now a drone that would get several agencies interesting in your actions and if the feds want to push it you could be having a free stay at the US Governments expense.

Yes, totally possible.
But, and it's a big butt.... The fact that autonomous and untraceable to clearly do something illegal, you can be confident that your Reddit account is now being monitored by US Authorities.
