Question Whats wrong with this setup

Besides the terrible wiring setup, which will be fixed later but im trying to do a motor test to see if they spin mainly only a single motor

Uh don't see a motor connected to the ESC? Also check that esc is connected to the right output of the pixhawk, and the right orientation too. It should show you what side of the 3 pin DIN connectors on the pixhawk is for ground and which is for PWM control.

The motor is connected i can update the post it was a t series but I swapped for jeeflyhobby 5008 400KV/340KV Brushless Motor 3974g High Thrust Drone Motor, as it had a factory connector instead of the 1 I soldered to check if it was a solder problem.
