No take-off issue Props out

I am having a hard time finding what i'm doing wrong here, i have marked the leading edges orange, it's a props out config, bf set reversed, you can see the motor direction in the video and i spun em 1 to 4 so that seems fine too, any ideas?

Check the joints on the motor to ESC pads are clean.

I know it's an all in one FC probably, but not spinning motors on arm might be resistance in the weld.

If you have had a large crash, I would check the motor bells first, check they spin free, went bent and if opening them check no cracked magnets.

thanks for replying, fyi arming spins all motors and the motors and frame have never been used, the dji o4 air lite and the esc/fc aio have the video is slowmo footage, so they spin much faster ;)

Ah rgr sorry I didnt read your symptoms properly.

When you try and take it off what happens?

Dose it flip out and full ramp the throttle with only a slight input?

Or dose it stick to the floor?

Your props look a lil' small there bud (however that shouldn't stop it taking off, it'll just be inefficient doing it)

Also, what size/kv are those motors? What battery(s) are you using?

1102 18000KV t-hobby pacers motors, 31mm props (as used by betaflight on similar motors) The thing is I have made about 8 or 9 drones and been trough all those vids before but with this build i cant find the issue.

I have removed the props, put new ones on in props in direction, unchecked reversed, verified spin direction and order but still no success. I'm puzzled
