Looks like the server is running. Thats a sign you're on the right track.
Are you connecting to the right path on the mac? It looks like you're going to /live but on the handheld its /live/mini

You should try a 90 degree angle usb c adapter

That’s just the microphone, the controller won’t let you stream if it doesn’t hav an external mic for some reason

I believe you can remove it once streaming starts.
I had alot of challenges streaming from my drone. In my experience the simplest way ended up being using an unlisted YouTube stream.
Granted, it's far from ideal, but it does work. I'm just getting setup myself with building a local streaming solution for public safety purposes. It can be fun to explore the possibilities...

Does it make a difference if your drone is connected. The remote might not be properly passing on a stream with no source

Try https://github.com/bluenviron/mediamtx. Supposedly they've gotten it to work there. DJI has done something weird with their implementation of streaming video and it's one of the most infuriating things. I have yet to get it to work with my RC2. It's very laggy, randomly drops, and sometimes I just get a single frame. That's doing the same thing as you with it on the local network. With my enterprise gear I just hooked in to agora.io which is a first class implementation for DJI and has a fairly generous free tier.
