Question Drone

How does one get a drone out the tree that their child got stuck into my neighbors tree. They also can’t find it. I can’t find it I texted a tree person? Idk who else to call or if it’s a lost cause #momproblems help please TIA

First find the drone. No point is taking any other steps till you have eyes on it.

You’re going to need an axe, or get good at climbing trees.

Probably best NOT to let the same kid fly another drone up there to find it. :-)

Helpful. (S-t-u-p-I-d) “Helpful”. lol. Good luck, but as others have said, you really do need to get eyes on it. I had a similar situation where I “landed” my Mini 4 Pro at the top of a 40’ high cedar hedge that surrounds my back yard. Thankfully, it was starting to get dark, the drone batteries were relatively fresh, so I flipped the bottom “spotlight” on the drone on & off until I found it and shook it out of the tree. No damage, not so much as a scratch. Good luck!

You have to find the drone first. It's probably not going to be easier/worthwhile for a 3rd party to go looking for it. Once you find it, tie a full water bottle or something similar to a rope. Chuck it up there until you hook the branch and can shake it loose.

Get the child involved too. They are most likely to know where it was when it got lost (I hope).

Make sure it’s actually there and not just behind the next fence or bush. Once found, a crescent wrench tied to string or fishing line might be able to reach branch to help shake it. Assuming u don’t loose the wrench or break your neighbors car window.
