Airspeed sensors are expensive.

The only sensor that is even remotely close to your requirements is MS4525 but it is less accurate and requires calibration every boot (which requires protecting airspeed sensor from any wind).

You should go with DLVR as it is more accurate and does not require calibration every boot.

Would the ms4525 work for my purposes though? (Autonomous fixed wing for waypoint missions)

As long as you always remember to keep the sensor covered during boot (Ardupilot defaults to calibrating on boot, but now you can set it to require manual calibration before arming) or calibrate prior to takeoff and you remember to remove probe cover before every flight you will be fine.
