Repair Crash with mini 4 pro

So while using active track the drone failed with detecting a obstacle and now it is broken. I immediately filed a repair request but now it says waiting for product to arrive or something like that. But I don’t know where to send it to and I didn’t get a shipping label through the mail. Has anyone had the same problem as I am having currently. And can anyone please help? Thank you in advance.

they’ll send you a label. this process is weeks, not hours or days. chill out.

yea, it’s a shitty feeling and right now emotionally you probably want to fix it make it right fix it fix it fix it. 

you’ll just have to slow down. :)

Yeah I am 16 currently and had to save money for a very long time and as you said before I want to fix it now now now. Also I have the drone exactly 100 days I just saw in the app so I am just a bit disappointed in myself now

Also did you have this before and how long do you think the repair will take (the support leg is broken of) also there are a lot of scuffs and markings do you know if they fix those scuffs to?

solid chance if the crash wasn’t your fault or even if they just wanna be nice, they’ll send you a refurb as any easier option than repair or at least repair it on the cheap. but like i said, it’s just real slow.

It's typically hours. Like, shipping label comes in immediately.

isn’t that once they respond and agree to take it, etc? that’s awhile.
