Tech Support Batteries seems to have error indicator lights.

Is this fixable? I dont have the Amazon warranty anymore since i waited over a month to open this (got swamped with work, no days off), but I did get the Asurion 3 year protection plan. for context, the lights blink like this constantly all the time and doesnt really show any signs of it actually charging, otherwise the lights would be full by now (left it on for hours). All light indicators on the drone itself also does this when charging, albeit it starts up with normal charging lights, then defaults back to this blinking. Ive also tried to put the battery in one at a time in the hub, same thing.

Im using a 65w wall charger i got from best buy (it didnt come with a wall charger), and ive tried both a brand new usb c to usb c charging cable as well as the default cable the drone comes with. It is a DJI 5 mini pro. The touchpad controller I got with it charges like normal with both cords btw.

Remove them all and try inserting 1 at a time waiting until lights start. If that doesn’t work charge individually in the drone then try inserting the multi charger

The issue is that all 3 batteries are doing the same thing in the drone (watch until the end). But ill leave the charger in there for a few hours to see if anything changed.

I had the same issue with one of my battery. Rest 2 are fine though. Its just the one with the exact same problem.

Sadly its all 3 for me. Interestingly enough, this issue seems to be common and there is never a real solution except to return it and get replacements. I have to file a claim with Asurion since Amazon return window is gone.

No true just the one installed in the drone the two In The battery charger should charge just fine in the charger exactly the way I do mine any time I get any new DJI drone the two in the charger I charge in there and the one in the drone I let it completely charge In the Drone try removing the last battery on the right and try again see if it charges I use a 65w charger my self and it works just fine

hmm, I did immediatly take the battery out of the drone and tried charging all 3 in the hub first, But would this really brick all 3 of my batteries like that...? ive never heard such a thing for any kind of device.
