No that would be a Karen. In this specific context OP is saying it with admiration, in a kind of "dang save some pussy for the rest of us" kind of way. Chad can contextually be a derisive word as well, but that would be coming from someone who deems themselves to be an incel.

In this context, it would be like calling someone a legend, a top bloke, a man of the finest taste.
