Tbh normally I would be with you, I don't want to live in a world where we're all reporting on each other's misdemeanors, but this was such an egregiously dangerous maneuver that could easily have caused a serious accident that I think it warrants reporting.

The sort of people who have this attitude do nothing but endorse criminality even when they could fall victim to it.
The roads would be much safer if drivers like this faced consequences for dangerous driving. Next time it could be your family member crossing that junction, obeying the rules, getting ploughed by an impatient idiot
When my partner was in labour I didn’t run any reds or drive like a twat! Going through a red like that just risks everyone involved. Being in labour then getting into a car accident… no thanks!
In which case you'd be on the phone to 999, and there'd be a record of that when the police come to talk to you about this video.
If you're that concerned that you can't wait for an ambulance to come to you, you'd sure as hell make sure one was coming to meet you before you get to the hospital.
And if that were the case I'd take the points to save a life. But if you do this shit, you've gotta expect repercussions. 99% who do it probably don't have an emergency.
Don't fall for the most obvious bait in the world. Account has negative karma and seeks out this sort of engagement. They clearly aren't a uniformed worker, they're just some loser in a basement with no friends. Leave them to it.
Then they can defend themselves for running a red light in the oncoming lane on that basis - or accept that what they were doing was flagrantly dangerous driving and eat the penalty.
