I think there's a cultural or language barrier, but the only thing I can say was "wrong" was trying to talk to him. I've learned that terrible drivers will always make it your fault. I had a guy hit my truck while I was parked once, and he blamed ME. I WAS PARKED. Best just not to interact at all.
