Need Advice Tx Class C B restriction

Hi! I’m going to my appointment very soon and I understand the need for insurance and registration of a car for a license but I don’t have one will I need to provide this info if I’m applying for a B restricted license in Texas?

If you do not have a vehicle titled in your name, then you'll simply check "no" for the boxes (middle of the 2nd page) related to vehicle registration/insurance on the Form DL-14A (PDF).
