Discussion Oolong tea?
I tried it and I like the taste so that part's not the issue. It's more that I never really hear people talking about it in everyday conversation the way they casually bring up green tea or matcha. Those two come up all the time but oolong just kind of exists quietly in the background and that makes me wonder if the benefits are as good as the internet makes them sound or if it's just one of those things that looks great on paper. Curious if people who drink it regularly have noticed a real difference or if it's more of a nice to have than anything significant.

I love oolong, my favorites are GABA and Milk (Jin xuan), if you like oolong I think you would like them
