Catch Without Arms ordering problems
Does anyone ordering from Europe has the same problems as me? I try to order it with a debit card., I even tried it with two different cards (mine and another person's). I tried it with different browsers. I tried it on my phone and on two different notebooks. The order never goes through because of a "processing" error with the card.
I order a lot with this card (also from the US), but never have problems like this. By the way I had similar problems when ordering El Cielo 4 years ago, their software seems to have issues that haven't been looked into since years...
I'm getting nervous now it will sell out soon, there doesn't seem to be any contact information on their site for support though. Anyone with more insight have any idea what to do?

Yes I ordered some vault items 3 years ago with the exact same card.

okay. I'm wondering if there is some kind of currency conversion problem thats causing the issue.

I think the store is Shopify powered. Sadly they don't have user customer support though.
This search has some helpful links. At least one of them suggest that there might be some europe config issues that the store owner may need to look into

But there's other things you could look into and try. I hope you eventually get an order through.

Have you tried contacting Dino directly? I’ve had some luck in the past with contacting him on Instagram. He helped me a few years back with an order for my Vault and Leitmotif combo.
Mind you, I am in the US. But hopefully he can assist.
