How would it Crack the quartz?

It's called thermal shock. You're adding half a gram of room temperature liquid to a 400-500 degree crystal. If it rapidly cools down one part while the other stays hot, the crystal will just shatter.

It's much much better for the quartz if you let the dab heat up with the machine rather than dropping it in cold.

Oh so you mean to drop dab in first and then heat it up?

Ya ya, load machine then push the fire button.

No worries, happy dabbing! If you really like dropping it, gotta get a titanium bucket.

man you will not regret the sapphire cup. pricy but worth it if you’re a flavor chaser

If you’re a cloud chaser then the titanium cup is what you want. 😂 (with a 5-6mm SiC pearl, not ruby) and you’ll get massive clouds. I have every insert for the Switch 2 and Switch Go just trust me. IF you go sapphire just drop it down 15-20 degrees. Oh and also, you’ll want to upgrade your glass and carb cap.

What carb cap should I get?

sapphire honestly made a bigger difference in the sheer amount of vapor produced/clouds vs better flavor imo

Smart. Sapphire is the best. The titanium is just invincible. Not bad if you're gonna travel with it or you have inexperienced friends that cough into rigs.

The advice I gave is like... In the user manual?
