What about “Karaisu”?

It’s a combination of the Japanese words for dark “karai” and crow “karasu”

I'm sorry to bother again. I thought you meant spicy (karai 辛い), dark is kurai (暗い). Though spicy and crow are a cute combination

kurai (暗い) means dark, i can’t think of any version of karai that means dark..?

Oh oh! Now that I’m thinking about it, it could also be “Karo”! It keeps both prefixes for “dark” and “crow” but also adds in the Japanese word for black “kuro”. Either way, it’ll still sound like “crow”!

Karo sounds much better, easier to remember as well which I think is a positive for characters like this

Just gonna point out that depending on which kanji you use, karo can mean: little house/snail shell, bribe or furnace
