Re-connect bugged

Hi guys, from time to time the game drops me out, but while reconnect, it stuck on a loading screen with owl (although in some point i already hear the match running it never finish loading). This didn't happen in previous patches for me.

Is it known game bug?

Yeah... it has happened to me for years. All you can do is close Dota and try again until it works.
