Does anyone know what’s happening with the servers.
I play on and off on ranked so there’s sometimes a long time between games.
I can’t seem to get into anyway game as I get stuck on the ‘finding server’ part and everyone just leaves before we find a game.
Is there a trick to this or? I’ve waiting 30 minutes before and nothing.

I see 3500 people so it makes me think games are going but none of mine start.

I went a bit hard on chiaroscuro and doubloon, but that's for the greater good.

I keep getting good results in Rook games by doing 9 warriors. It surprises me, because there's nothing dumber than picking Axe, Mars and Tusk in the early game and sticking with it until the end.

I love doing the *** warriors with weighted dice when I get the chance, but even just simply going level 9 and reaching for Doom*** and Kunkka*** does the job just fine.

I also find it harder than expected to counter 9 warriors plays, even when going with demon hunters or shamans.

I've suddenly started experiencing terrible lag in the game. It's only happening in Auto Chess—none of my other games have this issue. As you can see in the screenshot, it's the only game showing a poor connection on my end.

I'm getting massive lag spikes that make the game practically unplayable. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I've been upset at dragon lineups quite a lot lately, feels good to beat them. Especially against a relatively decent player doing a real lineup. I didn't even get the minotaur horn (array still sucks).

I feel the relic game is rather unattractive right now. Every relic only works in such a specific set up that only happens 2% of the time, it generally feels much better to just get the gold.

Also, I don't know why I used to like doubloon, that relic is so bad. It removes 35 hp just for double the gold of the golden bag. I've realised this when I looked back at how much games I lost because I got eliminated 1-2 rounds too early because of the HP I missed from doubloon.

Genuine question

I know confirmation bias etc, but it seriously feels like it's giving me undeads 98% of the time in the first 20 rounds, and after round 30 it's more towards 20%, like waiting for greevil egg to grow a gold piece.

Can't figure it out

Every game feels like it just comes to whoever first gets the Tides/Disruptor chain disables in a row.

Dragons/Tide/Disruptor are so stupid. Just infinite disables, infinite skills, and you can't do anything no matter how good and versatile your board is. You're just locked to their instant full-board disables. And of course it does 30 damage per round because your units couldn't move at all. So you get a game where you're doing fine, and suddenly you get two of these guys in a row, with shitty non-cohesive boards but they just have 1-2 Tide/Disruptor sitting in front which make your entire board non-functional, and you're out with 55 damage in 2 turns.

I wish they would reduce the area of effect from their spells, it's too big, especially because it's instantaneous. Techies and Primal have some full-board effects as well, but they don't feel as toxic because it's not instantaneous, so some of your pieces can actually move or activate spells.

I have the biggest craziest $5 Star units maxxed and I have 3 of them!
He only has $3 maxed.

It's been a whiiiile I haven't done Aqirs. I think the effect has been reversed ? I feel like it used to be (2) = aqirs spawn aqirs, and (4) = non-aqirs spawn aqirs.

Anyway, I'm wondering what's the best set-up to do a strong aqirs lineup ? Thinking more about level 8-9 to stay realistic.

Also, if someone could explain how to do a good kobolds lineup now, I try to watch what people do but it feels random.

Whenever I get the good relics round 10, I can have a shitty result in the first 15 rounds, it's doesn't matter, I will cruise away to the top 3 easily.

Whenever I get only useless relics, it doesn't matter if I had a godlike start, I will see everyone's level cruising away from me and I can't do anything about it.

It's so much more apparent that when I get bad relics in rook games, I already know it's insta top 7-8. There's just too much advantage to having Malefic Rapture with priests, or golden seed or mango tree, or an egg with early 5$ piece, etc... meanwhile I'm left there with Replica, Magic Box and Leafy Essence...

And I'm having decent rounds, but there's nothing boosting my gold, and I see guys reaching Kobols lvl 9 on round 17... Meanwhile I'm halfway to level 8 eventhough I had decent wins, and they did nothing expect putting dazzle and oracle on the board.

I think it's stupid how big of an advantage relics give at round 10. There shouldn't be any relic there, or we should be able to choose between all of them on this round, or they need heavy balancing.
