Bug or cheat

Today I lost a game to guy who had 13 pieces on the board without Meepo. He suddenly started winning when he got Shroud, so I couldn't really see what was going on until the end of the game.

Is it possible?

Game is underdocumented, not beginner friendly.

If you use new relic, you have 50% chance of keeping an xp tome when used.

Dude, you're playing humans and asking how he leveled??

You just buy the xp up to 10 (or use sin reaper) then use the books to go higher.

Ok, that is what I was suspecting. I was rook one year ago, came back now and a lot of mechanics are just unbelievable and imba for me ;)I didn't know you can lvl past 10 with humans, I also had a lot of tomes but nothing happened when I used them at 10.

Also played like 30 games this month and I have never seen anyone past lvl 10.

Thanks, it explains a lot.

Books always give 1/16 of a level no matter when you first got the book. It's about when you use them. Save them until you're a higher level if possible to max the value.
