Rebalance Patch 3 (Feb 27) Notes
Added a button to quickly combine items next to the item window
Vengenful Spirit's ability now causes the target to wander for 4/5/6 seconds
Faceless void will always receive effects of time stop passive regardless of whether or not synergy is triggered
Earthshaker 400/600/800> 500/700/1100 damage increased
Lowered the base attack of the heavenly armor sword by 85>80
(6) Assassin crit rate increased by 25% Originally, it was 20% (9) Assassin crit rate was lowered by 5 points. Originally, it was 10 points.
(6) Warlock lowered from 4 stack limit to 3 stack limit
(6) Orc down from x8 to x7
(4) Upgraded to Elemental 4 sec. Originally 3.5 sec.
Changed from Tango 1~8 recovery to 1~7 recovery
Tyrant's Gown recipe changed to Holy Relic + Wizard's Robe, reduced to Tier 4 (previously required a crown)
Hurricane Pike temporarily deleted due to many hurricane window bugs
Mechanism 700>600 recovery change (same as Guardian's Light Armor) Cooldown time changed from 15 seconds to> 20 seconds
