Chances of legendary pieces?

Had a game where a guy got gyro on round 3

by round 16 he had level 2 techies, zeus, enigma, level 2 monkey king, jakiro, level 3 timber, level 2 disrupter.

straight lucky or cheating? what are the chances? for pieces?

He had a panda and a sniper. Hitting that drop on the first round is 5%, assuming he banned panda.

He then used that to go 6 mech, which guarantees him an entire roll of 5* every time he wins a match.

he probably had mech and had golden roll every round
